Ingredients
l boned & butterflied leg of lamb; 1 cup sour cream;1/4 teaspoon each fresh ground pepper
dry oregano
parsley
ground cloves; 3-4 cloves garlic minced; 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Spread lamb flat. Trim edges if desired. Combine sour cream with seasonings. Cover both sides of lamb thickly. Marinate at room temp 3-4 hours. Grill over hot coals till pink.
