Ingredients

2 Cups solid high ratio shortening

2 Cups butter (softened)

4 Tablespoons merengue powder

4 Teaspoons clear vanilla extract

8 Tablespoons water

16 Cups sifted confectioners cane sugar

Preparation

Place ingredient as listed in kitchen aid adding sugar 4 cups at a time. Beat with beater bar on low Till smooth and creamy. Add more sugar or water if needed to get the consistency you desire.
