Ingredients
6 tablespoons mascarpone
12 butter-waffle cookies, such as Jules Destrooper
Preparation
Spread 1 tablespoon cheese on one side of a cookie. Sandwich with another cookie; repeat with remaining cheese and cookies. Refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 2 hours.
