Ingredients
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Cover raisins with boiling water and let stand 10 minutes. Add hot drained raisin to the sugar, syrup, butter and salt. Then add slightly beaten egg and vanilla. Put in tart shells and bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
