1/2 CUP CURRANTS

1 EGG, BEATEN

1 TSP. VANILLA

USE FROZEN PASTRY TARTS

Preparation

MIX INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND PLACE SPOONSFUL OF MIXTURE INTO PASTRY SHELLS. (FILL SHELL APPROX. 3/4 FULL) BAKE IN HOT OVEN (450 DEGREES) FOR 8 MINUTES: REDUCE TEMPERATURE TO 350 DEGREES AND BAKE UNTIL PASTRY IS DELICATELY BROWNED. (BE SURE TO INCREASE BAKING TEMPERATURE FOR SECOND/THIRD BATCHES) BEFORE BAKING YOU CAN TOP EACH TART WITH PECANS IF YOU WISH.
