Ingredients

1 head caulifower, cut into 1-inch pieces

3 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon kosher salt

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Melt butter over medium heat in a large frying pan. Add the cauliflower and kosher salt, and cook, stirring occaisonally, until cauliflower is browned and tender. Add the balsamic vinegar and mix well. Remove from the heat; add salt, if necessary; and serve.
