Ingredients
Base
2 C. Flour
2/3 C. Brown Sugar
3/4 C. Butter
1 C. Chopped Pecans
Filling
8 Oz. Cream Cheese
1/3 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 t. Vanilla
2 T. Flour
2 Eggs
6 Oz. (1 C.) Butterscotch Chips
Glaze
1 Oz. Unsweetened Chocolate, Melted
Preparation
Heat oven to 350. In lg. bowl, blend flour, br sugar, butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans. Press mixture in 13 X 9 pan. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown. In small bowl beat cr cheese, br sugar and vanilla. Blend in flour and eggs. Pour filling in baked crust. Sprinkle Butterscotch chips on top of filling. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until firm to touch. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
