Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened

2/3 cup packed brown sugar

1 egg

2 cups flour

pecan halves

Preparation

Cream butter, blend in egg. Add flour and salt. Chill for 1 hour. Form 1 inch balls, place 2 inches apart on an ungreased sheet, flatten and place pecan half on top. Bake at 375 for 10-12 min
