Ingredients
Cream together:
1¾ stick (7/8 cup) butter
4 Tbsp. confectioners’ sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Add:
1 tsp water
Mix together:
1 cup flour (sifted)
1 cup chopped walnuts
Add:
1 more cup of sifted flour and
Mix until stiff
Preparation
Shape in approximately 1-inch cocoons and bake in a slow oven, 300F about 10-12 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm. They should be well coated.
