Ingredients

4 chicken breast

1 C yogurt

.5 tsp ginger

.5 tsp garlic

2 tsp chili powder

2 tsp hot chili powder

.5 tsp turmeric

1 tsp lemon juice

14.5 oz can crushed tomatoes

2 chopped onions

1 tsp olive oil & 2 T. butter

3 T heavy cream

Preparation

Combine yogurt, ginger, garlic, salt, chili powders turmeric, lemon and tomatoes. Marinade chicken breasts in the mixture for 30+ minutes.

Saute the onion in the oil. Add the chicken and the marinade. Simmer 10 minutes.

Add the cream. Simmer an additional 10 minutes. Server over steamed rice.
