Ingredients
1 pkg butter brickle cake mix
1 pkg instant coconut pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 tbsp poppy seed
1 cup hot water
Preparation
Add eggs, cooking oil and water to cake mix. Stir in pudding. Mix on medium speed of mixer for 4 or 5 minutes. Then add poppy seed. Mix in thoroughly. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
