Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
(90%beef /10% or less fat)
10 slices favorite bread
softened butter
2 Tablespoons grated onion
1 Tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chili sauce
Preparation
Toast bread on one side - cut four 1 1/2" rounds from each slice. Lightly butter rounds on untoasted side. Combine remaining ingredients except chili sauce. Shape mixture into 40 marble-size balls (1 heaping teaspoon each) and place one on buttered side of each bread round, leaving border of bread showing. Make indentation in center of balls. Broil 4" from heat 5-6 minutes or till meat is done and edges of bread are toasted. Fill indentations with chili sauce. Serve hot.
