Ingredients
whole chicken cut up
1/2 cup Burbon–plus 2tsps for later
2Tbsps.Szechuan Spicy Stirfry Sauce and more later to your taste
2Tbsps. Balsamic Vinegar
3Tbsps. Ponzu or reglar soysauce
1/2tpsp.garlci powder
Preparation
soak chicken overnight in all the ingredients. The next day start grill-when ready—–put chicken on oiled grill——for the 1st 30 mins of grilling baste with the liquid-so it dosnt dry out. After chicken is done about another 15 mins——take the szechuan sauce and add to a bowl-mix in the 2tsps. bourbon. Fisnihs cooking about another 6 mins or until test done. Yummmy flavor without the effects!!
