Ingredients

*1 litre strong, lovely beef-stock, preferbly home made

*200 ml decent though not best, vodka

*1 tbl tomato ketchup (heinz if you must)

*50 ml dry sherry

*Worstceshire sauce

*Tabasco

*Lemon juice

*Black Pep

*salt

Preparation

Again, be sure to start with a good, strong beefstock. Heat (do not boil at any time) and add the vodka, sherry and ketchup, stir then, season with the worchestershire sauce, tabasco, lemon juice and black pep. Taste and adjust as you go.
