Ingredients
1 1/2 c of medium bulgur
1 big or 2 small tomatoe(s)
1 grilled chicken breast
for the dressing
3 tblsp of olive oil
2 tblsp of apple vinegar
salt and pepper
Preparation
Boil salted water. When it boils , pour the bulgur. Cook for 10 to 15 min until smooth when eaten. Cut tomatoes and chicken breast in dices. Mix all and pour the dressing over the preparation.
