Ingredients

4 C Garbanzos

4 C water +

¼ tsp Salt

Pepper

2 C Bulgar wheat

4 tbs Olive oil

1 ½ C red onion, chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbs grated ginger

2 tomatoes chopped

2 tsp + cumin

1 tsp + coriander

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

½ tsp turmeric

4 minced green onions

1 cup parsley

2/3 c cilantro

½ c lime juice

Preparation

Combine oil, onion, ginger and garlic in skillet. Saute for 5 min. Add tomatoes and let evaporate. Add spices and cook for 1 min Add garbanzos, bulgar and water, simmer until water evaporates. Remove from heat Add lime, green onion, parsley and cilantro.
