Ingredients
WINGS
1/4 cup Flour
2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tsp ancho chili powder
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp chipolte chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
20 wings (40 pieces, no tips)
cooking spray
GLAZE
1/2 cup Frank’s Extra Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp sweet wasabi sauce
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400
- Line Baking sheets with parchment paper
- Place oven racks on top
- Combine all wing ingredients except cooking spray and wings in large bowl. Mix thoroughly,
- Add wings and ensure all pieces are coated.
- Spread pieces on baking sheets - do not crowd.
- Reserve dry mixture left in bowl.
- Spray each piece with cooking spray.
- Bake 30 - 40 minutes until browned.
- Remove from oven and turn oven to broil.
- Combine glaze ingredient in bowl
- Add remaining dry ingredient to glaze mixture - mix well.
- Toss chicken pieces with glaze mixture.
- Broil for about 5 minutes
- Serve with blue cheese dip and lots of napkins.
