Ingredients
1 tbsp white wine vin
1/2 c milk
2 tbsp yellow onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c parsely, minced
1 c mayo
1/4 c blue cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Pinch of cayenne
1/4 lb butter
2 tbsp hot sauce
Peanut oil

Preparation
- Mix vin and milk, allow milk to curdle. Add remiaing ingredients through cayenne. Refridgerate.
- In large skillet, melt butter over low heat and stir in the hot sauce.
- Deep fry wings in small batches at 385 degrees for 10 mins or until brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Toss wings in a container in the hot suace.
- Serve with chunky blue cheese dip and celery.
- Drink lots of beer.
