Ingredients
2 8 0z pkgs cream cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
1 1/2 cups (3 stalks) diced celery
3 (5-oz) cans chicken, drained well
2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
8 oz Frank’s Original Red hot sauce
Tortilla chips, pita chips or whatever you like to dip
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the cream cheese and ranch dressing in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently until smooth.
REmove from heat and stir in celery, chichek 1 1/2 cups cheese and hot sauce, or to taste. Pour into an ovenproof 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Sprink remaining 1/2 cup cheese over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until bubbling hot. Server warm.
