Ingredients

Flour tortillas-about 6

Cooked chicken -1 package (I buy the already cooked and prepackaged grilled strips from the deli secion)

Franks red hot buffalo wing sauce

blue cheese dressing

shredded cheddar cheese

celery

lettuce

Preparation

  1. Shred lettuce and slice celery into long skinny strips.
  2. Put chicken in a bowl and add about 4 TB of red hot and 2 TB of blue cheese dressing. Toss well to coat….add more of each for taste.
  3. Begin assembling each tortilla with some of the chicken mixture, then add a few pieces of celery, some shredded lettuce, and some shredded cheese. Wrap up tightly then continue with remaining tortillas. Slice in half and serve with extra blue cheese for dipping. -important - do not overstuff!! ENJOY!
