Ingredients
1 ½ lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast
1 chicken bouillon cube
12oz bottle of texas pete’s wing sauce
8oz package of cream cheese
1 cup of blue cheese
1 cup of shredded mozarella cheese
Celery and tortilla chips
Preparation
Poach chicken in water with the bouillon cube Cool it Shred chicken Simmer chicken in wing sauce for 30 mins In a different pan spread the cream cheese on the bottom, pour in chicken mixture, put blue cheese and moz cheese on top of chicken and bake at 325° until cheese melts.
