Ingredients
1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened (can use light)
1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing (can use reduced fat)
1/2 cup any flavor frank’s redhot sauce
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella
2 cans (12.5oz each) swanson premium white chuck chicken breast in water, drained
assorted vegetables and crackers
Preparation
Stir cream cheese in 9in deep dish pie plate with fork or whisk until smooth. Stir in dressing, hot sauce, and blue cheese. Stir in chicken.
Bake at 350 for 20 min, or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir before serving.
