Ingredients
5 cups shredded chicken
2 - 8oz pack of cream cheese
12 oz of Texas Pete
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup Monterrey jack cheese
Preparation
Place cream cheese and Texas Pete in large pan over heat to melt cream cheese. One cream cheese is melted add chicken and mix well. Add cup of ranch dressing Add ¾ cup of Monterrey jack cheese (save rest to sprinkle on top)
Poor mixture in pan sprinkle remaining cheese on top place in oven until cheese is melted.
Serve with corn chips and or celery.
