Ingredients
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 green (bell) pepper
1 medium onion
1/4 cup celery
2 ea 16 oz cans tomatoes
2 ea 15 oz cans tomato sauce
2 ea 12 oz cans tomato paste
garlic powder & salt
Preparation
Brown ground beef. Chop and add green pepper, onion and celery. Stir until ground beef is in small pieces.
Add tomatoes, sauce and paste. Add 2 ea 12 oz cans of water. Stir, bring to a boil and allow to simmer for several hours.
