Ingredients
1 pound box of powdered sugar
1 stick unsalted butter
18 oz jar of peanut butter
1 table spoon vanilla
12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
Preparation
Mix the powdered sugar, butter, peanut butter, and vanilla in a bowl. Shape the mixture into balls and refrigerate.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with a little parafin. Dip the balls into the chocolate using a toothpick. Refrigerate and serve.
