Ingredients
3 cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup pine nuts (pignoli)
2 tsp minced garlic or 3 garlic cloves
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan
1/4 cup grated fresh asiago
1/4 cup grated fresh romano
1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
In a food processor, blend basil, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic, salt and pepper until smooth. Add cheeses and blend until smooth. Refrigerate in covered bowl for 1 hour.
