Ingredients
10 oz. Brussels Sprouts
2 teaspoons softened unsalted butter
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons grainy mustard
Preparation
- Boil water in steamer.
- Wash and trim sprouts and steam about 10 minutes.
- Mix butter, lemon juice and mustard in serving dish.
- When sprouts are cooked, drain and spoon into serving dish. Mix until butter melts and sprouts are coated.
