Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs brussel sprouts

3 tbsp olive oil

1 large shallot finely chopped

2 tbsp white wine vinegar

1 tbsp poppy seeds

Preparation

*in a food processor fitted with slicing disk, slice the brussel sprouts *in a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the shallot and cook,stirring often until beginning to soften,about 2-3 minutes *add the brussel sprouts, 1 1/2 teasp salt,1/2 teasp pepper to the skillet and cook,tossing often until the brussel sprouts are tender,4-6 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the vinegar and poppy seeds.
