Ingredients

1 cup fresh ricotta cheese 

1/2 teaspoon coarse salt 

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling 

2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano 

Freshly ground pepper 

8 slices Classic Bruschetta 

1 roasted red bell pepper, cut into 8 strips 

Preparation

Stir together ricotta, salt, oil, and oregano; season with pepper. Spread mixture onto bruschetta slices. Place a roasted pepper strip on each slice, and drizzle with oil.
