Preparation

Make topping the day before: garlic, olive oil, anchovy pieces, oregano, basil, parsley; blend all in food blender. “Metta in frigo” - for one day. Grill slices of bread. Spread topping on bread, then top with small pieces of tomatoes. Regrill lightly.
