Ingredients

1 loaf French bread

1/2 C. extra-virgin olive oil

4 diced Roma tomatoes

1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped

3 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tsp. balsamic vinegar

Pinch of salt

Preparation

Slice bread into 3/4 " slices. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Place ingredients on top of sliced bread. Place in broiler and toast until browned.
