Ingredients
1 box yucca flour (about 2 cups)
3/4 cup of corn oil
1/4 cup milk (2%)
1/2 cup Romano cheese (or other cheese)
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
Preparation
Put flour in a bowl. Boil milk and oil together and dump into flour. Stir with spoon and then knead with hands. Add the two eggs (at room temperature) into the flour and knead. Add rest of ingredients and knead it all together. Make into balls. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375.
