Ingredients

-1 stick of butter

-1 C sugar

-2 eggs

-6 T cocoa

-1/2 C flour

-1 t vanilla

-Powdered sugar

Preparation

  1. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and beat
  2. In a small cup, mix 6 T of cocoa with a little bit of water (to make a toothpaste-like consistency)
  3. Mix with butter, sugar and eggs mixture, then add the flour and vanilla
  4. Pour into a greased 8 or 9-inch pan and bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes
  5. After brownies cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar
