Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups granulated sugar
8 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup vegetable oil
4 egg
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup nuts
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients except the nuts. Stir in nuts if desired or sprinkle on top.
Pour into 11 x 15 inch pan, sprinkle some chocolate chips on top if desired.
Bake 350 oven for 30 minutes.
Frosting for top: (I don’t usually make this)
1/4 cup water 12 large marshmallows
3 tbsp. cocoa 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Heat water and marshmallows and cocoa in double boiler till the marshmallows are melted. cool , add sugar and vanilla, beat and spread on brownies when cool.
