Ingredients

¾ lb Butter

1 ½ cups sugar

1 ½ cups brown sugar (I use Dark Brown)

2 cups Cocoa Powder (I use Dutch cocoa powder)

¾ cup flour

6 large eggs

¾ tsp kosher salt

2 tbl vanilla

Preparation

Grease and flour 9X13 inch pan. Heat oven to 300 degrees. Melt butter. Beat eggs on high until light, about 2 minutes, add the 2 sugars and mix well. Sift flour, cocoa powder and salt together. Slowly add to the egg mixture. Scrape sides of bowl. Slowly add the butter to the mix until all of it is incorporated. Pour into pan. Place on middle rack of oven. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick comes out slightly moist. Immediately flip out of pan onto a board. Let stand 15-20 minutes. Cut into squares. Let cool completely before putting in a closed container.
