Ingredients
Brownies:
2 c. granulated sugar
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
2/3 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Frosting:
8 Tbsp. powdered unsweetened chocolate
4 Tbsp. milk
4 Tbsp. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Melt the chocolate squares in vegetable oil. Mix granulated sugar and 4 eggs and add to oil and melted chocolate mixture-beat well. Stir in flour and baking powder and mix well. Put batter in greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-20 minutes.
Mix together frosting ingredients and spread on cooled brownies.
Serves 12 and great with a dollop of Dreyer’s vanilla ice cream.
