Ingredients
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 1/2 cups white grapes (sliced in half)
2/3 cups chopped pecans
1/2 cup white cheddar cheese crumbled into small pieces
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp powdered ginger
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 very small red onion (chopped fine)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Adjust spices to taste. The amounts shown are a starting point. When satisfied, chill for 1 hour. Enjoy.
