One bag of frozen organic brown rice from cooked and cooled.
Chopped Arugula
Chopped Spinach
toasted pecan pieces to taste
a handful of dried mixed berries
green onion to taste (I only put in 1or 2 chopped)
% - :h cup of gorgonzola cheese
1 pear peeled and cubed
:h red bell pepper diced
Dressing
-:h cup of olive oil (this might be % cup?)
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. finely chopped shallot
% cup white balsamic
1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
a pinch of sugar
Salt and pepper
