Ingredients

4 cups water for 1 cup of brown rice

salt

butter

Preparation

Rinse rice in a strainer under cold water. Bring water to a boil. +salt, butter, rice. Stir rice once. Boil uncovered for 30 min. stirring occasionally. Then pour rice into a strainer, return to pot, off the heat. Cover with lid and foil and towel for 10 min.
