Ingredients
Chill time: 1 night, Cook time: 10-12 minutes, Serves 4
1 cup brown rice flour
2 Tbsp. Wild Oats Organic Butter
1/4 cup Wild Oats Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Wild Oats Organic Egg, beaten
1 cup Wild Oats Nuts, ground
1 cup Wild Oats Organic Raisins
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and then chill overnight. Next day, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll cookie dough into one inch balls and arrange on oiled baking sheet and then press flat with bottom of glass. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
