Ingredients

4 large vine ripened tomatoes

2 tbs butter or margarine

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Oregano to suit your taste

Preparation

Wash tomatoes and cut off the tops leaving as much as possible Slice into tomatoes leaving the skin intact but allowing spaces to slip butter in. Bake tomatoes at 375 degrees for 5 minutes Remove from oven and slip butter slices into the slits you created earlier. Top with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and oregano. Return to oven and broil until the tops are golden brown. Let sit for 1 to 2 minutes until served.
