Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs bay scallops
1 tbsp garlic salt
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
Turn broiler on. Rinse scallops and place in shallow baking pan. Spring with garlic salt, melted butter and lemon juice. Melt butter in saucepan over med-high heat. Add all ingredients except lemon and saute scallops for 2 mins each side. Pour over rife pilaf. Squeeze lemon juice over top.
