Ingredients

2 Salmon Filets

3 table spoons of a sweet soysauce such as Ketjap Manis. (you can use regular soy and add sugar or a thick balsamic vinegar)

1 teaspoon on Wasabi Paste

1 table spoon shopped scallions

1 teaspoon garlic

1 a few drops of sesame oil.

1 table spoon rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar (basically, something thats more subtle)

Preparation

Whisk all the ingredients together and marinate salmon filets in a ziplock bag for 15-20 minutes. Place salmon under the broiler about 4 inches away for 10 minutes for a pink center and 12 for a fully cooked fish. Warm the rest of the marinate from the ziplock bag with a 2 table spoons of water on a stove to thicken it. Drizzle this on the fish after plating.
