Ingredients

Salmon filets (3-6 oz per person)

garlic cloves chopped

salt

chili powder

olive oil

fresh ground pepper

Preparation

rinse and dry salmon filets. if broiling, spray pan with nonstick cooking spray then place fish in skin side down. Rub fish with olive oil and chopped garlic then sprinkle with salt, fresh ground pepper, and chili powder. A light coating of chili powder will suffice but if you like it spicy, add more. You can also add a dash of sugar if you like to go heavy on the chili powder. Broil salmon on low until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with steamed veggies and roasted potatoes for a delicious dinner!
