Ingredients
1 lb salmon filet
l lemon
2 Tbs stone ground mustard
1 Tbs chopped fresh dill or 3/4 tsp dried
Preparation
rinse fish, pat dry and lay skinb side down on baking sheet. With zester remove zest from lemon. squeeze 1 Tbs juice from lemon. mix lemon zest, juice mustard and dill brush over salmon. Broil 5 - 6 min for 1/2 inch filet 10-12 min for 1 inch
