salmon fillet (1 lb)

tablespoons salad dressing or mayonnaise

teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

1/4

teaspoon ground mustard

Preparation

Set oven control to broil. Spray rack in broiler pan with cooking spray. Place salmon, skin side up, on rack in pan.

Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 7 minutes. Turn salmon; broil 7 to 9 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix remaining ingredients.

Spread salad dressing mixture over salmon; broil 1 to 2 minutes longer or until topping is lightly browned and bubbly.
