Ingredients

2/8oz Fillets of Halibut

2-3oz Soft Butter

1/2oz Lemon Juice

Splash White Wine

Dash Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 teasp Parsley

1/2 teasp Dil

Good Pinch of Cracked Black Pepper & Sea Salt

2-3oz Cooking Oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients accept for cooking oil and fish in bowl.Whisk together until thoroughly blended,then chill for 10-15 min.Then in Lg. saute pan heat cooking oil on Med High heat.Take Halibut and season with a little Salt & Pepper,Dill.Place in pan and sear for about a 1Min. on both sides until lightly browned.Remove from heat then place 1oz or so of Butter mixture on each Halibut fillet.Place pan with halibut under broiler in oven for about 1-2min. to finish.Remove from heat and don’t forget to turn off the broiler,I need to work on this one!Place fish on plates,garnish with lemon and fresh parsley.Wonderful with steamed rice.
