Ingredients

2 eggs (2 egg whites or 1/4 cup egg substitute)

2 Tbs milk ( skin milk)

2 tsp dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste (Mrs. Dash)

1 cup soft breadcrumbs - about 2 slices

1 small onion, chopped

1 pound ground chuck (ground round)

optional ingredients: 1/2 cup chopped parsley, 1/2 cup worstershire or barbeque sauce

6 buns

Preparation

prepare the breadcrumbs in food processor. Whisk together eggs/egg whites/egg substitute with milk. Add breadcrumbs and let stand for 5 minutes while preparing additional ingredients. Mix wet and dry ingredients thoroughly. Form into 6 patties. Grill until desired degree of doneness has been reached. Serve with or without cheese on buns, toasted buns are optional
