Ingredients
1 bag brocolli slaw mix
1 bunch scallions sliced
1 package oriental flavor ramen noodles
4 oz sliced almonds
4 oz roasted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation
Toast almonds in the oven or in a pan on the stove top. Add to bowl with slaw mix, sunflower seeds and scallions. Crunch up ramen noodles into tiny pieces and add to bowl. Save flavor packet for dressing. For dressing, mix together oil, vinegar, sugar and flavor packet. Add dressing to salad and toss just before serving.
