Ingredients
2 lbs brocolli crowns, cut into small pieces
8-10 crisp bacon strips minced or 6-8 tablespoons prepared bacon chips (real bacon preferred)
1 red onion, chopped or thin rings (as preferred)
2 cups mayonaise
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Mix brocolli, bacon and onion in large bowl. Mix remaining ingrediants in small bowl and pour over brociolli mixture. Mix and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
